The Roles feature in Antyxsoft Cloud Portal offers powerful customization options, allowing you to define and manage roles to suit the unique needs of your team. With this tool, you can modify existing roles or create new ones, assigning specific permissions and access levels to ensure each user has the right capabilities aligned with their responsibilities. By tailoring roles to fit your organization’s structure, you gain enhanced control, flexibility, and security over your account management—empowering your team to work efficiently within a framework that supports your business goals.

View and manage existing roles

  1. After logging into the portal, click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. From the drop down menu navigate to Roles.
  3. You will be directed to the Roles menu where you can view and manage the existing roles.

  4. To edit an existing role just click on the pencil icon located at the top right corner.

The Owner role cant be modified.

Creating new roles

  1. Upon logging in, select your profile picture at the top right of the portal.
  2. Then click on Roles.
  3. You will be directed to the Roles menu.
  4. To create a new role you will have to click on the plus (+) icon located at the right.

  5. This will bring up the folowing form.

  6. Enter the Name of the new role.
  7. Then enter its Description.
  8. Next, the Permissions are grouped according to the portal's Features.
  9. When you are ready click on Create Role to save your new role.
