Subscriptions

Subscriptions allow you to access and use cloud services based on your selected plan. Through our cloud portal, you can view, modify, and manage your active subscriptions with ease.

Viewing and Managing Subscriptions

Navigate to the sidebar on the left side of your screen and select the Billing option. You will be redirected to the Billing page.

Click on the “Subscriptions” tab.

A list of all your active subscriptions will appear.

Each line contains information about each subscription separately.

  • The name of the service.
  • A detailed description of the service.
  • The billing cycle (monthly, yearly).
  • The service period.
  • The price of the service.
  • The quantity.
  • The date the service was created.
  • Next Billing Date (the date/time on which a subscription will get renewed).

Use the search box at the top of the page to find a specific subscription by name.

By clicking on the file icon at the top of the services’ table “Export to excel”, a file containing all your active subscriptions will be downloaded directly to your PC.

View your In-Active Subscriptions

Staying on the “Subscriptions” tab, select the tab “In-Active Subscriptions”.

A list of all your inactive subscriptions will appear, providing you with information concerning the non-active subscription on each line.

  • The name of the service.
  • A detailed description of the service.
  • The price of the service.
  • The quantity.
  • The service period
  • The date the service was deleted.

Use the search box at the top of the page to find a specific subscription by name.

Canceling a subscription

Staying on the “Subscriptions” tab at the Active Subscriptions box.

Click the three dots at the end of the line of the service you want to cancel under the section “Action”.

Α small window will appear. Select “Cancel” in order to cancel the service.

Subscription Details

Each subscription contains key details, including:

  • Service Name: The cloud service associated with the subscription.
  • Billing Cycle: Whether the subscription is billed monthly or annually.
  • Start Date: The date when the subscription became active.
  • Next Billing Date: The date when the next payment will be due.
  • Status: Whether the subscription is active, paused, or canceled.

Terms and Conditions

Subscription Responsibility You are responsible for managing your subscriptions, including modifications, cancellations, and payments.

Subscription Cancellation

If you delete a subscription, there is no option to reactivate it.

Refund Policy Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

FAQs

Can I have multiple subscriptions at the same time?

Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions for different services or multiple plans within the same account.

What happens if I cancel a subscription?

You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing cycle. After that, the service will be deactivated.
