Transactions reflect payments made for the cloud services you have used, including any additional services or adjustments to your account. You can view your transaction history, track payments, and ensure that all payments are properly recorded and reconciled.

View your Transactions

  1. Navigate to the sidebar on the left side of your screen and select the Billing option. You will be redirected to the Billing page.
  2. In the Transactions section, you will see a list of all your past transactions.
  3. Each line contains details of each transaction, such as the transaction ID, the date of the transaction, the payment method, the total amount of the transaction.

Transaction Details

Each transaction entry provides key details about the payment or adjustment made:

  • Transaction ID: A unique identifier for each transaction.
  • Transaction Date: The date when the transaction was processed.
  • Payment Method: The payment method used (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
  • Amount: The amount paid, or adjusted, for the transaction.
  • Total: The total amount paid, including tax.

You are responsible for ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly. It’s important to review the transaction history regularly to ensure that payments are applied to the correct invoices.
